The easiest way to get around is by mini bus and there are plenty on the island. We are only 5 minutes drive from most resort locations.

About Vanuatu Jet…

Vanuatu Jet has been built to the highest Australian safety standards and operated with unique Vanuatu flair. Passenger safety is our highest priority and Vanuatu Jet has been fitted with state of the art safety equipment.

Vessel Safety...

• Vanuatu Jet has been designed to operate at high speed on open waters.
• Vanuatu Jet can stop within two boat lengths. It's fun and also ensures a high degree of safety.
• The vessel is fitted with specially designed seating for the smoothest possible ride.
• Vessel safety features include; individual seat belts, safety bars (like those on a roller coaster), and life jackets on-board.
• A safety briefing is provided prior to every departure.

Safety Requirement...
The minimum height for children to ride the jet boats is 120cm (1.2 Metres)

• Our Captains are hand picked professionals with extensive local knowledge.
• Our Captains all receive ongoing comprehensive training & assessment.

Terms & Conditions

• Credit card security is required to secure bookings and the card will be charged for the full amount of the booking if passengers fail to show up.
• Booking times can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the departure time.
• Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to departure time or full payment is due.
• We do not operate if it is raining above a drizzle. In the advent of rain, cancellations will be accepted on the day of departure or full payment is due.
• If Vanuatu Jet must cancel a ride due to bad weather we will reschedule. If this is not possible no payment will be due.
• Passengers must check-in and be ready to board the vessel at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time
• Any person who may be pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions, or have previous injuries that may cause a risk to their health, must not ride with Vanuatu Jet Boating.
• All passengers’ board and ride with Vanuatu Jet at their own risk.
• All passengers’ will be required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to departure
