TERMS AND CONDITIONS All Passengers Must be a minimum of 1.3 metres tall to ride the jet boat. Must check-in and be ready to board the vessel at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Oz Jet Boating reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do not arrive by this time. Any person who may be pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions, or have previous injuries that may cause a risk to their health, must not ride with Oz Jet Boating. All passengers board and ride with Oz Jet Boating Harbour at their own risk. All passengers will be required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to departure. Valuables are not permitted on board. There is a group stirage facility, however Oz Jet Boating takes no responsibilty for safety or loss of valuables. |
