Oz Jet Boating Bookings, Terms & ConditionsIndividual BookingsCredit card security is required to secure bookings and the card will be charged for the full amount of the booking if passengers fail to show up. Booking times can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the departure time. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to departure time or full payment is due. We do not operate if it is raining above a drizzle. In the advent of rain, cancellations will be accepted on the day of departure or full payment is due. If Oz Jet Boating must cancel a ride due to bad weather we will reschedule. If this is not possible no payment will be due. Group Bookings(10 or more passengers) Full payment is required in advance for group bookings. Booking times can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the departure time. No refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure. Group booking cancellations will incur a $100 administration fee. We do not operate if it is raining above a drizzle. If this is not possible no payment will be due. Charter Conditions will be set our in the Charter ConfirmationAll Passengers Must be a minimum of 1.3 metres tall to ride the jet boat. Must check-in and be ready to board the vessel at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Oz Jet Boating reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do not arrive by this time. Any person who may be pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions, or have previous injuries that may cause a risk to their health, must not ride with Oz Jet Boating. All passengers board and ride with Oz Jet Boating Sydney Harbour at their own risk. All passengers will be required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to departure.
